Interested in Auditioning for Rye Ballet Conservatory?

We’re so glad you're considering joining our program! Placement is limited, and auditions are currently being conducted only for select age groups and levels. Please review the openings below to see if your dancer meets the current audition criteria and to learn how to get started.

Ages 5–6

Dancers ages 5 and 6 may audition by participating in our Young Dancer Preseason Program. We will observe your dancer throughout the week as part of the audition process. To enroll, click HERE and follow the prompts.
Note: We may also hold an audition class on a Saturday in late August if spaces remain available.

Ages 7–10

We are currently at full capacity for this age group and are not accepting auditions at this time.

Ages 10–13 (Pre-Pointe)

We are currently auditioning dancers ages 10–13 who have multiple years of intermediate ballet training and are not yet en pointe.
Please note: Our Beginner Pointe level is currently full.

Ages 14+ (Advanced Pointe)

We are accepting auditions for dancers ages 14 and older with multiple years of pointe experience.

How to Submit Your Audition

Dancers interested in our Pre-Pointe or Intermediate/Advanced Pointe divisions should email the following PHOTOGRAPHS to info@ryeballet.com:

• A photo in first arabesque (en pointe, if applicable)

• A photo in tendu à la seconde (en face)

• A photo in fourth croisé en relevé (en pointe, if applicable)

Once submitted, we will reach out to schedule a trial class as part of your audition.
